No. SIMORAH does not currently offer customisation in real gold or real silver.

International orders exported from India under a valid Letter of Undertaking (LUT) are shipped without charging Indian IGST on the export invoice, as applicable under the relevant export provisions.

However, the destination country may impose its own VAT/GST, customs duties, import taxes or customs-clearance charges.

Any such destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may be delayed because of customs clearance, flight delays or cancellations, weather conditions, public holidays, courier or logistics delays, customs inspections, destination-country regulations and other unforeseen circumstances.

For damage-related claims, you will need to provide a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, the shipping label, the condition of the outer packaging, the opening of the parcel and the jewellery immediately after opening.

This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

Yes.

For claims relating to damage, incorrect products, missing items or the condition of the product upon delivery, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required.

Without appropriate unboxing evidence, SIMORAH may not be able to verify or approve the claim, subject to applicable law.

If SIMORAH sends a product in a different size from the size ordered or agreed upon, the issue may be reviewed for a return or refund.

However, if the customer personally selected or provided the incorrect size, the product may not be eligible for return or refund.

For an approved customer-initiated return, the customer is responsible for the return courier or shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error attributable to SIMORAH or otherwise required by applicable law.

Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Where applicable, 50% of the applicable packaging and shipping cost may be deducted, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

Once an eligible return has been received and approved after inspection, SIMORAH will generally initiate the refund within 2-4 business days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.

Customised jewellery where the gemstone or stone has been changed according to the customer's specific request is generally non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed and processed, except where a remedy is required under applicable law.

Storing jewellery in a clean and dry place when not in use.
